Overview

Change Request

An important resource to maintain current GIS information is field crews that can view map data and network infrastructure in the field. The Map Change Request solution allows field crews to record these discrepancies to better communicate inaccurate or missing assets with the GIS department.

Map Change Request is a configuration of ArcGIS and can be accessed by your organization using Collector for ArcGIS in the field or a web browser for office staff. Additionally, GIS staff can use the Map Change Request service in Desktop for ArcGIS to update electric network data.
